1. Shipping Areas
Customers in South Korea can purchase through our domestic sales platform.
For international customers, shipping is available to select countries.
You can check if your country is eligible during the checkout process by entering your shipping address.
2. Carrier
All international orders are shipped via Korea Post (EMS, K-Packet, or Registered Airmail).
The available shipping method depends on your country and the total weight of the order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 40 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
5. Customs & Import Duties
All import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged by your country upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
6. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to become active.
For economy shipping methods such as K-Packet or Registered Airmail,
tracking may only be available within Korea.
Once the package arrives in your country, you may need to track it through your local postal service’s website using the same tracking number.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
We always ship orders on time, but once the package is handed over to Korea Post, we cannot control delays caused by the postal service or customs in your country.
If your package is significantly delayed, please check with your local post office using the provided tracking number.

We will initiate an investigation with Korea Post and do our best to assist you.
