Our products are made in Korea and shipped via Korea Post. Shipping methods and rates vary by region. You can check the available shipping options for each country on the payment page. The basic shipping methods we offer are as follows:
1. Express Shipping (5-10 Days) / EMS
2. Regular Mail (7-42 Days) / Korea Post & Local Post
3. Regular Shipping (10-42 Days) / K-Packet International

• EMS may not be available for some countries. In such cases, only Regular Mail and Regular Shipping will be provided.
• Shipping times and fees vary by country and local conditions. Delivery times may be faster or slower than indicated.
• Express Shipping: Fastest and most secure method. Signature required upon delivery, though this may vary by country.
• Regular Mail and Regular Shipping: Tracking numbers are provided, but tracking beyond Korea may depend on the destination country’s postal service. In some cases, the buyer may need to contact their local post office for updates. Please be patient.
• Regular Mail may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the country.
• Regular Shipping typically does not require a signature, but this may vary by country.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your package may be held at the post office and returned to us. If the package is returned, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Please ensure that all addresses are entered in English.
The reasons for the return could be one of the following, or it may be due to another issue:
1. You were unavailable at the time of delivery, and (depending on the country, multiple delivery attempts may be made) the package was held at the post office.
2. The package was held at the post office and you did not pick it up.
3. We were unable to contact you.
4. The address you provided was incorrect.

How to Use
Instructions for Applying Tattoo Stickers
• Clean and dry the area of skin where you want to apply the tattoo.
• Carefully peel off the sticker and remove the protective film.
• Apply the tattoo sticker adhesive side down on your skin.
• Using a wet cloth or tissue, lightly dampen the backing paper of the tattoo.
• Hold the tattoo in place for about 10 seconds to ensure it adheres well to your skin.
• Press firmly and then slide off the backing paper to remove it.
• Allow the tattoo to air dry.
• Avoid touching or applying makeup over the tattoo.
• Tattoo stickers are for single use only and will be removed when you take off your makeup.
• If applied to the body, the tattoo sticker will last for about 1 to 2 days.
• To remove the tattoo stickers, use products like lip and eye makeup remover, baby oil, or similar gentle cleansers.
Restrictions
• Soot marks on the sticker may appear due to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
• After applying the tattoo or freckle sticker, avoid using makeup or cosmetic powder over it, as this can cause the edges to lift and make the sticker look unnatural, especially for freckle stickers.
• Do not use if you have an adhesive allergy, and use with caution if you have sensitive skin. Do not use near the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Our product is a temporary tattoo that is applied using water. In cold environments, the sticker may not adhere as well. For better adhesion, please press and rub the sticker with the warmth of your hand for a few seconds after applying it.
When applied to the face, the tattoo will come off during washing. When applied to the body, the tattoo can last a few days longer if you avoid friction.
For best results, we recommend using the product soon after purchase as the adhesive strength may decrease over time.
Please note that soot marks and design misalignment may occasionally occur due to the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects.
